Tony has over 30 years of experience in public accounting working closely with businesses and high net-worth individuals. Business sectors serviced include construction, real estate, investors, non-profit organizations, trusts, retail, service, high technology, manufacturers, restaurants, professional corporations and venture capital.

Tony’s principle objective is to provide the highest quality tax, advisory, and accounting services to his clients in the best professional manner with integrity, objectivity, and independence. He is disciplined to adhere to the regulations and standards set forth by the CPA profession.

As the managing tax partner at Wolff & Company Tony is responsive to change in his clients’ businesses. He continually strives to improve the quality of his professional services and is committed to developing the trust of his clients. His areas of practice include consulting family banks for the highly affluent, business consulting and tax planning, including choice of entity, as well as planned giving, estate and gift tax planning. Tony has extensive experience with business owners, investors and real estate developers and can help them reduce taxes through various tax solutions.

Tony received his accounting degree from the University of Utah. He is a Certified Public Accountant belonging to both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). Tony enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and attending University of Utah football games.

Alan has a Master of Science in Taxation from Robert Morris University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Slippery Rock University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and has over 10 years of experience in tax and public accounting, plus experience as a small business controller and in banking. Due to this diverse financial experience, Alan can provide a business viewpoint that is not limited to tax ramifications. He has worked with individuals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and trusts, with an emphasis on small business owners. Alan is conversant with QuickBooks, Sage 50/Peachtree, and Projetex, and he is knowledgeable about financial statements, payroll, and foreign financial reporting.

Alan is married with three children and loves to read, hike, and watch the Kansas City Royals. He is attempting to hike to the highpoint of every state and has completed over half of them.

Tina has over 20 years of experience in accounting and administration. She has been preparing individual and business tax returns since 2006. Tina has experience in all areas of taxation including individual, partnership, corporation, and non-profit returns. Tina also provides business clients with bookkeeping, payroll, monthly financial statements, consulting, and QuickBooks training and support. Tina lives in South Jordan with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, serving on short term mission trips and helping underprivileged youth in various capacities.

Brooke has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah. She has over 10 years of experience in administration and clerical work. She strives to provide our clients with quality technical support as needed to smoothly access and navigate our portal system. Over the years with Wolff & Company, Brooke has gained experience and knowledge in areas of taxation, bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks. Brooke enjoys being an aunt, spending time with her family, hiking, camping, traveling, and trying new restaurants (open to any suggestions).

Jill has a master degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Working in public accounting for over 20 years, her areas of specialty include individuals, trusts, and non-profit organizations. Jill is working toward the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Not-for-Profit certification. Prior experience includes working as an analyst in the mergers and acquisitions field.

Jill is a member of the Utah Association of CPAs and has served on the board of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council, Utah Association of CPAs Not-for-Profit Committee, and Make-A-Wish Utah Finance Committee.

Life interests include hiking and traveling with her husband of over 40 years, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
